tacky films
tacky films come from Longdendale Community Language College in Tameside, near Manchester, England.

tacky films began in 1994 with an animation called Miss Irwin's Day Out, made during Project Week - a four (and later three) day slot at the end of the year for various educational projects.

Northern News, Midnight Adventure and Mottram Show: from a painting by L S Lowry were produced in Project Week 2003, 2004 and 2005 respectively.

Animagic was made by the Animation Club.

Space Family Robinson, Snappy Animals, Bubbles, A Fishes Tale and The Shapes Day Out were made during Graphics Technology lessons by Year 7 pupils.

Hollingworth Histories documents work in progress on three new animations on local history themes - a project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
